The HiiT (High Intensity Interval Training) group classes are targeted for metabolic conditioning to build lean, toned muscle while also burning pesky body fat. During the group interval workouts, we guide you in cutting edge, science-based exercise sequences using a variety of quality, industry-leading equipment such as Woodway Curve Treadmills and Concept 2 Ski-Ergs. RiPT Fitness offers a variable schedule of classes to promote continuous lean tissue growth and fat burning!
Our gym membership features a less-intimidating, dark exercise room, highly motivational personal trainers, energetic music, and great people, which combine for the best workout of your life. RiPT offers a gym membership customized to your personal fitness goals. Whether you’re struggling with stubborn belly fat, obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or the frustration of not meeting your fitness goals, our members have the option to receive a custom personal training program along with custom nutrition coaching.
RiPT Fitness uses a Three-Pillar Approach consisting of Fitness, Nutrition, and Accountability to guarantee success for all of our clients. You’ll often hear these referred to as our “Pillars of Success.” In combination with your personalized fitness and nutrition program, you’ll receive coaching from fitness professionals who keep you motivated and hold you accountable. Local RiPT Fitness members have the option to attend studio classes within their membership plan.

Small group training classes at RiPT Fitness give our personal trainers more freedom to provide personal attention, instruction, and correction to our members. The combination of a dark room, motivational trainers, energetic music, and enthusiastic people ensures that you get a great workout and have fun doing it.
At RiPT Fitness, we have some of the most state-of-the-art exercise equipment in the industry. You will burn between 500-1,000 calories during RiPT’s 45 and 60-minute group training sessions, and you will keep burning calories up to 36 hours after your workout is complete thanks to
RiPT’s afterburn or EPOC (Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption) effect.
All of our instructors are highly educated in exercise physiology, assuring you are in safe hands during your workout. They are able to tailor each workout to the client and will progress and regress exercises based on your personal needs.
