MEET THE TEAM
Meet Dustin
• Dustin is co-owner of RiPT Fitness and the Director of Client Acquisition
• He is also a member of the Ohio Army National Guard
• Dustin graduated from Ohio University with a degree in Exercise Physiology
• He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Sports Performance Coach (SPC), Health Fitness Specialist (HFS), and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)
Meet Amy
• Amy is co-owner of RiPT Fitness and the Chief Operations Officer
• She graduated from Cleveland State University with a degree in Health Science
• She is also a graduate of the Goldman Sachs’ 10,000 Small Businesses Program, Cohort 19
• Amy rowed crew for Miami Rowing Club and was an undefeated state champion in Florida
Meet Pj
• PJ is our head coach, and supplement manager.
• He is a studio instructor and has been a RiPT member for 1,000+ classes
• A former D-1 Runner at Virginia Tech, He was a state champion and all New England runner in high school in Connecticut
• He likes staying as active as possible and enjoys playing ultimate frisbee in a variety of different leagues around the Cleveland area
• When not at RiPT, PJ is spending time with his two young daughters Charley and Emma and his amazing wife Tiffany
Meet Drake
• Drake is a Studio Instructor and Inner Circle Coach
• He graduated from Baldwin Wallace University with a bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Drake has been working in the fitness industry for over 13 years and in addition to his PT degree, he has multiple certifications: ACSM CPT, NASM CES, and Balance Body Pilates Reformer 1.
• In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his three kids & the great outdoors.
Meet Tim
• Tim is a Studio Instructor and Inner Circle Coach
• He graduated from Akron University with a degree in Exercise Science
• He’s a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
• Tim has served in the Ohio Army National Guard for over 5 years.
• His passion for fitness started as he grew up in a dance studio learning ballet
• In his free time, Tim loves rock climbing and movie nights with his family and friends
Meet Matt
• Matt is a Studio Instructor
• He graduated from Malone University with a degree in Business Management
• After College, Matt joined the Army and was specially selected to be a part of the 75th Ranger Regiment, an elite special forces unit.
• In his spare time, Matt enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and loves all things outdoor.
• Matt is always up for a physical challenge, completing anything from triathlons to half Ironmans, and loves to motivate those around him to do the same.
Meet Mary
• Mary is a studio instructor and has been a RiPT member for over 2,000 classes!
• She began her health and fitness journey after her 3 daughters were born to set a good example for them
• Mary has 20+ half marathon and 4 full marathon medals in her collection
• When Mary isn’t at RiPT working or working out, she’s a full-time special education teacher at Solon City Schools
Meet Sydney
• Sydney is a remote coach helping people all over the country improve their health and fitness through our inner-circle coaching program
• She received her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from the University of Kentucky
• Sydney is currently attending Logan University in St. Louis studying to become a Chiropractor
• When not at school or work Sydney enjoys spending time with her family, especially out on their boat spending the day on the lake
Meet Tanya
• Tanya is a Client Specialist and has been a RiPT member for over 1,000 classes!
• She started as a RiPT member back in 2019 when she lost over 170lbs on her weight loss journey, she then moved her way up to a spot as an ambassador, and now she’s part of our team.
• When she’s not rocking the 5:10 am workout she works as a salon groomer/manager in Solon, Ohio.
• Tanya also has 2 children who keep her quite busy showing horses & riding motocross. In addition to all this, Tanya & her family own several animals.
Meet Michael
• Michael is a part of RiPT’s Client Success Team
• He has an Electronic Engineering degree and he’s a black belt in Taekwondo
• Michael has lost over 30 lbs on his fitness journey by making lifestyle changes.
• In his free time, he likes to watch movies, play video games, and play the drums with his band!
Meet Maria
• Maria is part of our admin team.
• She attended the Universidad Bicentenaria de Aragua in Venezuela, graduating in 2021 with a degree in Electrical Engineering.
• After graduation, she began working as a Virtual Administrative Assistant and has been in this role since 2021.
• In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing online games, listening to new music, and learning new things.
Meet Paul
• Paul is on the Member Success Team.
• He was born in Peru but spent 21 years in Virginia.
• He is a former sales professional with almost 13 years of experience.
• Paul is avid about cars, video games, and movies, and he loves to vacation on tropical beaches.
• Most importantly, he loves spending quality playing time with his child.
